It is the property owner’s responsibility to keep their lot maintained (mowed and weeded). If not taken care of in a timely manner, Village Maintenance will mow the property at your expense. A bill will be sent to the property owner and if the bill is not paid, it will be placed on the tax rolls.
The Village of Cochrane does not allow the disposal of refuse (leaves, branches, lawn trimmings, etc) in the street. You can take your refuse to BBC.
