HOW TO MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT

Per Village Policy and WI State Statutes, all formal complaints are to be brought to the Village Board meetings.  The Board meets the second Tuesday of every month at 7 PM at the Cochrane Village Hall, unless otherwise noticed.  Notice of the meetings are posted the Monday before the meeting in the Village Hall, the Post Office and Alliance Bank.  The Village Board and Employees will not accept complaints by phone, mail or in passing on the street.  If you have an issue you would like to present to the Board, please notify the clerk one week before the meeting to have your issue listed on the agenda.  If it is not on the agenda, we cannot act on it – we can only listen.  We have time allotted at the beginning of each meeting for Public Comments.  The Village Board works hard to spend your tax dollars in the most efficient way to provide you quality service and maintenance as you request.
